The Calabrian society is totally complicit in the criminal culture of the 'Ndrangheta because it can not establish the difference even when it manifests the intention to materially and morally support the victims as do even brave cultural associations purposely born. As if it were a necessity of life, all the Calabrian people lose their intentions in an exasperated provincialism that incites the community to stand in defense of a cultural identity that we can not dissociate from the criminal culture of 'Ndrangheta because we insist on defending it without worrying to demarcate a different and opposite historical root that we can also boast among the innocent victims of a brutal dominance that still places its economic and political foundations on the Calabrian territory. If they accuse the Calabrians of wasting public funds and European funds because they do not keep faith with the commitments that have determined their allocation, all are scrambling to defend body and soul the right to financial aid on the basis of the sacrifices that actually occur in the territory fight organized crime. The same thing happens if they accuse us of poisoning our land. The same thing happens if they accuse us of being all criminals. We do not worry about the fact that these heartfelt defensive arrests are punctually exploited both directly and indirectly robbing the content of the guilty people who have irreparably spoiled our cultural identity rich in the constant contributions from every part of the world and from Europe that enriches us today. further cultural meetings on the same territory. We seek our cultural identity in our common historical roots far from millennia and enrich this other solemn heritage of which history has given us to separate the line of difference in the daily example distinct from common morality. As never before in history is close to the Calabrian people the example of the Jewish people hardened by a long slavery that comes to a fought victory. Our tyrant has our own face and our own clothes but it is worse than the pharaoh because it afflicts us of a moral slavery to his depravity which is unprecedented in history.
La società calabrese è totalmente complice della cultura criminale della ‘ndrangheta perché non riesce a stabilire la differenza neanche quando manifesta l’intenzione di sostenere materialmente e moralmente le vittime come fanno le pur coraggiose associazioni culturali appositamente nate. Come se fosse una necessità di vita tutto il popolo calabrese disperde le sue intenzioni in un esasperato provincialismo che incita la comunità a porsi in difesa di una identità culturale che non riusciamo a dissociare dalla cultura criminale della ‘ndrangheta perché ci ostiniamo a difenderla senza però preoccuparci di demarcare una radice storica diversa ed opposta che pure possiamo però vantare tra le vittime innocenti di uno strapotere brutale che pone ancora le sue fondamenta economiche e politiche sul territorio calabrese. Se accusano i calabresi di sciupare i fondi pubblici ed i fondi europei perché non tengono fede agli impegni che ne hanno determinato lo stanziamento, tutti si affannano a difendere anima e corpo il diritto di un aiuto economico sulla base dei sacrifici che realmente avvengono sul territorio per contrastare la criminalità organizzata. La stessa cosa avviene se ci accusano di avvelenare la nostra terra. La stessa cosa avviene se ci accusano di essere tutti criminali. Non ci preoccupiamo del fatto che queste accorate arringhe difensive sono puntualmente strumentalizzate sia direttamente che indirettamente derubandone anche il contenuto proprio dalle persone colpevoli che hanno deturpato irrimediabilmente la nostra identità culturale ricca dei costanti apporti da ogni parte del mondo e dall’Europa che oggi ci arricchisce ulteriormente degli incontri culturali sullo stesso territorio. Quando ci accorgiamo della frode disumana da arrossire il volto ci sorprendiamo impotenti a dover subire questa ulteriore angheria perpetrata fino all’interno i luoghi destinati al dibattito ed alla propositività senza la possibilità di difenderci, ammutoliti dalla vergogna. La necessità è proprio questa urgente di marcare decisa e netta la differenza tra gli uni e gli altri ammettendo finalmente le responsabilità comuni che di fronte alla necessità di riconoscere il crimine, che oggi in Calabria è paragonabile al male assoluto, in maniera netta ed urgente più di ogni altro interesse economico perché la ‘ndrangheta fonda il suo perverso dominio sulla depravazione morale e primo tra tutti i mali per diffusione sulla avidità che ci rende tutti responsabili per quella porzione di cui ci arroghiamo il diritto o per la voglia inesauribile di vedere le risorse economiche ben spese sul territorio che non si arresta neanche di fronte all’evidenza che le risorse destinatoci dall’Italia e dall’Europa vanno ad alimentare il male che ci tormenta e ci ammutolisce fino gradualmente ad invaderci in ogni luogo. Ricerchiamo la nostra identità culturale nelle nostre comuni radici storiche lontane millenni ed arricchiamo di questa altra solenne eredità di cui ci ha fregiato la storia per separare netta ed invalicabile la linea di differenza nell’esempio quotidiano distinto dalla moralità comune. Come mai prima nella storia è vicino al popolo calabrese l’esempio del popolo ebreo temprato da una lunga schiavitù che giunge ad una combattuta vittoria.
